Our valuation expert has all the accredited qualifications so in the event of the item being lost or stolen you will be insured for the correct amount. Appraising a piece of jewellery is a craft in itself and all the correct tests and calculation for the stones and metals used are carried out. This is an accurate appraisal and not a rough guess as some jewellers do. A professional valuer therefore carries out our valuations.

To add to the valuation you receive a printed booklet together with a picture of your piece of jewellery, describing the item in minute detail for a perfect record. This will identify your piece in the unhappy event of having it lost or stolen you will get a like for like replacement.

Jewellery Repairs

All our jewellery repairs are carried out on the premises in our purpose built fully equipped workshop.

From a simple solder on a chain to a full restoration of a beautiful antique heirloom we pride ourselves with the care and customer satisfaction we offer.

We take great pride in the quality of the craftsmanship we offer and always aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

We can offer same day jewellery repairs some within the hour but still retain our craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

All our work can be seen whilst being carried out in our workshop through our customer viewing window for that extra piece of mind.

Watch Repairs

We do all aspects of watch repair our watchmaker has over 30 years experience repairing Rolex, Omega etc. All genuine parts are used to repair all named watches.

Repairs from a simple battery replacement to a complete overhaul and clean most carried out within 10 days. If parts have to be specially ordered this may take longer. We offer a free estimate service so you will not get a large unexpected bill.
